Grays Fair Court Housing with Extra Care is a homely, comfortable and safe environment, where tenants can live an independent lifestyle as well as having all of their personal needs supported.
Each apartment is open plan giving a spacious feel. Kitchens have a modern décor and come equipped with an integral hob and oven and space for a refrigerator and washing machine. Each lounge and bedroom benefits from a large window to offer light and lovely views.
The bathrooms/wet rooms offer a shower, toilet and basin, designed to accommodate a wheelchair and equipped with grab rails. Their design features make a visual impact for those with limited vision.
With your help, we will draw up an individual care plan, designed to suit your requirements.
Whether you simply need a helping hand getting in and out of bed, or assistance using our specially equipped rooms and bathrooms our trained team are on hand 24 hours a day to provide you with the support you need.

Individual support is available for those who need assistance at mealtimes. Visitors are welcome to join respite guests for lunch and/or tea. You or your visitors are free to help yourself to drinks in the dining area at any time.
