Donate to our COVID-19 appeal today to support our vital services for older people
Our Telephone Befriending service offers people aged 60 and over companionship by phone with one of our local volunteers or Age UK Norfolk Befriending Co-ordinators.
For free, confidential information and advice, contact our advice telephone helpline, Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm. Telephone 0300 500 1217 to speak to one of our advisers.
Recognising that you have memory problems or dementia can be worrying. If you are living with dementia or you are caring for someone with dementia, we can help you to regain your confidence, try new activities, live a positive life and make a valuable contribution to your community.

Please support our vital work by making a donation and help us to make Norfolk a great place to grow older
Without our amazing supporters we wouldn't be able to deliver all of our services and help older people live well in Norfolk. We are a local charity, so all money raised in Norfolk is spent in Norfolk.
Our shops are filled with exciting and unusual items of clothing, bric-a-brac, DVDs and CDs and even some furniture. Information and advice is also available in the shops.
Volunteering is a rewarding experience and provides opportunities to share existing talents and experience while gaining new skills.
