Our Telephone Befriending service is also still operational, making calls to older people across Norfolk.

We offer a range of services to support older people in later life

Telephone Befriending

Our Telephone Befriending service offers people aged 60 and over companionship by phone with one of our local volunteers or Age UK Norfolk Befriending Co-ordinators.

Information and advice

For free, confidential information and advice, contact our advice telephone helpline, which is available daily: 10am-4pm Mon, Wed & Fri and 10am-1pm Tues & Thurs. Telephone 0300 500 1217 to speak to one of our advisers.

Dementia Services

Recognising that you have memory problems or dementia can be worrying. If you are living with dementia or you are caring for someone with dementia, we can help you to regain your confidence, try new activities, live a positive life and make a valuable contribution to your community.
