Money M.O.T: Helping You Manage, Organise, and Thrive

Our Money M.O.T service, formerly known as Money Matters, has been refreshed and streamlined to offer a more focused and accessible experience. The service is available for individuals who wish to make a self-referral.

Our Mission is to empower individuals aged 50+ living in Norfolk with the tools and confidence to take control of their financial wellbeing.

Our opening hours are: Monday-Friday 10am and 4pm.

What We Offer:

Tailored support for up to six months, focused on building your ability to manage finances independently.

We Can Help With:

• Budgeting – Understand your income and expenses
• Benefits – Check eligibility and access entitlements
• Banking – Navigate accounts and digital banking
• Organising – Streamline paperwork and financial records

Please note: we do not provide debt advice but can support you to contact accredited debt charities and to follow their advice.

If you are a professional supporting an older person who is unable to self-refer into this service, but requires information and advice around debt, understanding benefits, or accessing emergency crisis funds or food vouchers, our Information and Advice Team is here to help.

We provide friendly, expert advice, practical guidance, and signposting to ensure your clients receive the right financial support when they need it most.
