During the festive and New Year period, our office and phone lines will be closed from 23rd December 2025, reopening on 5th January 2026. If you need urgent support, you can contact:
 
  • Age UK National Advice Line: 0800 678 1602 (freephone, 8am–7pm, 365 days a year)
  • Oxfordshire County Council Adult Social Care: 01865 519 800 (office hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm)
  • Emergency Duty Team (EDT): 0800 833 408 (out-of-hours urgent emergencies)
  • The Silver Line: 0800 4 70 80 90 (24/7, 365 days a year offering confidential friendship, conversation and support)
