Dementia support

We regularly host memory cafés, community events and educational sessions designed for people living with dementia and their carers. These gatherings offer a welcoming space to connect, share experiences and enjoy meaningful activities together.

Is payment or booking required?

All groups are free to attend. Booking is not required, although we recommend contacting the Dementia Adviser or group organiser if you are coming for the first time.

Some groups are run by third party external organisations, but are supported by one of our Dementia Advisers. This is clearly indicated next to the group name.
