Foot care

We have clinics across Oxfordshire offering a basic toenail cutting and manual filing service. Cutting your toenails properly is important to maintain good foot care, mobility and independence, and we know it’s not always easy to cut your own.

This service is for people over the age of 50 who are unable to cut their own nails and do not need a podiatry service.

How much does it cost?

Each appointment costs £26 and is paid for at the time of booking. Appointments last approximately 30 minutes and we recommend a session every 6-8 weeks.

Each client must provide their own set of nail clippers and file; this equipment will be kept by you and used at each visit. If required, we have sets available to purchase for £15, available on the day from your Footcare Assistant.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

If you need to change or cancel your next appointment, visit the link in your confirmation email, or contact us on the details above.

• You can change or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance at no cost.

• If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment, we are unable to offer a refund.

Do you do home visits?

We do not provide a home visiting footcare service. If you are looking for this type of service, you may want to search on https://livewell.oxfordshire.gov.uk/.

Bicester

Carterton
• Carterton Community Centre, Marigold Square, Carterton, OX18 1AX. Clinic is held on a Wednesday.

Chipping Norton

Didcot
