5-week Strength Training Course

Starts 6th August to 3rd September, 1.15pm to 2pm

Twickenham Wellbeing Centre

£25 for the five sessions

A 5-week course for people over the age of 50, using weights and exercise to strengthen and tone your body.

Experienced personal trainer and coach Ash will lead you in a 5-week course using light weights to strengthen and tone your body. Exercising with weight makes our bones stronger and more dense, decreasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures.

6-week Gardening Course in partnership with Barnes Common

Starts Monday 9th September

£25

A beautiful community-run garden where we will carry out practical gardening tasks with time to chat in a friendly group. The course will cover seed sowing, soil health and composting, natural pest control and much more.

6 weeks strength training


Starts Monday  23rd September 2024,1.30pm– 2.30pm at the ETNA centre

£30 for a 6 week block

Join our strength training class at the ETNA Centre, St Margarets for over 50s.

New Neurogym Class!

 

Starts Monday 23rd September, 12.45pm at Twickenham Wellbeing Centre

What is Neurogym? It is a new technique that uses slow movements with coloured balls to work brain and body together. Benefits include improvement in mental acuity, concentration, focus and balance, enhanced mood & creativity and a reduction in stress levels.

Health & Wellness Consultant Sandra will guide you over the course of 6 weeks to become more confident and optimistic, improve your physical vision and feel more open-minded.
