We help over 4,600 local older people every year, offering activities, events, practical help at home and information. Gardener
We are looking for skilled and capable individuals with gardening experience and skills to join us on a casual contract basis.
You will be able to help with a range of tasks that may include: General gardening and maintenance, planting bulbs, mowing the lawn, digging, potting, weeding, trimming / pruning, putting down compost, etc.
Applicants must have access to a set of gardening tools and equipment, and have full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance and happy to drive between client homes.

Join our Housekeeping team. Our great housekeeping service helps our clients with a range of tasks to help ease struggles and improve quality of life. We are looking for friendly and empathetic individuals to join us on a casual contract basis as cleaners /housekeepers.

Handyperson / Handyman
Join our Handyperson team. We are looking for skilled and capable individuals who will ideally come from a maintenance / handyperson background to join us on a casual hours contract basis.
Our useful handyperson service helps clients with a range of tasks including fitting key safes / grab rails; plumbing; moving furniture; putting up shelves; fixing taps and repairing windows, etc.

Welfare Benefits Advisor
Join our Information & Advice team. We are looking for an individual with experience of giving information & advice with a good understanding of the welfare benefits system for older people.
You will provide welfare benefits & financial advice, including advising older people on the financial support available, making applications on their behalf and following through applications to result.
You will also provide Information & Advice on other topics older people require support with. Providing support via home visits, over the phone and in community settings.
