Our Wellbeing Service offers an extensive borough wide programme of activities covering health & fitness, social events & companionship and education & learning opportunities.

Our Wellbeing Service forms part of a wider partnership of 20 local charities supporting adults of all ages to live independently, improve wellbeing and stay connected with their local community, called the Community Independent Living Service (CILS)

  • Online & At Home

We know not everyone can attend our groups or sessions in the person. We have home-based and online options to support wellbeing. We offer Telephone Befriending, Accompanied Walks, Online exercise classes and more.

  • Connect to Tech - Enhance Digital Skills

Our Connect to Tech Service is designed to promote IT independence in later life. We can help you get online and connected if you are new to the world of computers, or help you develop your existing skills. There are many benefits to being online!

  • Community Connections

Our Service can help older people improve their confidence to get more social and participate in local activities. For a period of 6 weeks we can offer a friendly companion who will be happy to accompany you to explore a social centre, local club or activity.
