    Our team have created a wonderfully interactive and informative wellbeing pack full of handy tips, information and even some recipes and wordsearches – these can be downloaded from here or we can post one – please register your name and address so we can send one to you or someone you know.

  • Bad Weather Alerts

    If you would like to have one of our team contact you when the weather is bad – the mean temperature is less than 2 degrees Celsius for more than 48 hours or widespread ice or heavy snow – sign up with your preferred contact method so we can get in touch

    Staying connected and reducing isolation is important for your wellbeing at any time of the year but more so in the winter with colder darker evenings.
