The Living Well Centre in North Cheam provides dementia day care, activities, companionship and support for people living with dementia and their families across Sutton. It’s a key part of Age UK Sutton’s Dementia Hub Service and is a paid for service.

Our phone lines are open; 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Living Well Centre in North Cheam is a welcoming day centre providing compassionate support for people living with dementia and related needs. The service offers a safe, friendly environment where people can enjoy meaningful activities, social interaction and companionship while supporting their wellbeing, confidence and independence.

Our varied programme includes reminiscence sessions, cognitive stimulation activities, crafts, gentle exercise, conversation groups and community outings. A two-course lunch, refreshments and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Transport to and from the centre is available, and family members and carers can also access information, guidance and support through Age UK Sutton's wider range of services. The Living Well Centre is available through self-referral or professional referral.
