Age UK Teesside is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team and help older people live healthier, more active, and connected lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to co-ordinate community-based physical activity sessions and support older people (65+) to become more active, build confidence, and reduce social isolation.

About the Role
You will:
  • Support older people to improve their health and wellbeing
  • Engage with local communities and build strong partnerships
  • Help deliver events that bring people together through activity

About You
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working with older people or in community settings
  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, and motivating
  • Is passionate about making a real difference
