Studley Fitness & Friendship

A social Club with an emphasis keeping active and making new friends.

The Fitness & Friendship Club is open to all older people in the Trowbridge area who would like the opportunity to take part in gentle chair-based exercise in a safe and fun environment.

Activities offered may include Tai Chi, Kurling, Bowling, quoits, quizzes and games with plenty of time to chat over refreshments.

The club is held every other Tuesday at St John's Evangelist Church Hall, Church Lane, Upper Studley, Trowbridge, BA14 0EH, between 2pm - 4pm. 

New Members are always welcome.
