A social club for older people with an emphasis on keeping active.
The Fitness & Friendship Club is open to all older people who would like the opportunity to take part in activities and gentle exercise. There is a small charge of £5 per session if you pay on the door or £8 per month if paid by standing order. Activities offered include bowling, skittles, kurling (no ice required), quoits and gentle Tai Chi.
The club is held alternate Thursdays at the Bowerhill Village Hall, Halifax Road, Bowerhill, Melksham between 2pm – 4pm. New members are always welcome.
Venue accessibility: Disabled access at main entrance. Free limited car parking outside the hall and school. Off street parking

Pop along to the next session and have a chat with the class leader. You will be asked to complete a Safe to Exercise form and a consent form so please come 10-15 minutes earlier than the club opening time. For more information contact:
