Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST)

Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) is a clinically-proven therapy which utilises activities and stimulation to help maintain mental function and memory in those with dementia. 

  • All new participants must attend an assessment with one of our team prior to joining
  • Each sessions cost £5 per person
  • A separate support group for carers runs alongside the MCST sessions in Lower Earley, so you can meet other carers and get some help whilst the person you care for is participating in MCST

Our MCST groups are held at:

Calcot: 10.30-11.30am, every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month
At The Jubilee Annexe, The Calcot Centre, 3 Highview, Calcot, RG31 4XD.

Lower Earley: We have two groups which run 2-3.30pm every other Tuesday
At Radstock Community Centre, Radstock Lane, Lower Earley, RG6 5UZ.
