Wayfinder dementia service

We are pleased to launch our new Wayfinder dementia support service for older people with a diagnosis of dementia in Blackburn with Darwen and their carers.
Trained staff will be at the end of the phone to support you with advice and information about benefits and entitlements, planning for the future, access to digital technology, support groups and activities and help to navigate the care system if you need to.
Most importantly they will offer a listening ear and will be your named contact throughout the dementia journey.
