£15,852 per annum, paid monthly in arrears

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Wellbeing Coordinator to develop and deliver a new project to establish social groups for older people aged 65+ who have a diagnosed mental health condition.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate and experienced in supporting older people with mental health issues to help them build resilience and support their personal recovery.

The successful applicant will have the skills to use a strength-based approach and able to complete  person centred holistic assessments, whilst supporting people through facilitating social groups. You should be enthusiastic and self-motivated and must be able to work on your own initiative.
