Home from Hospital is a free service based at Royal Bolton Hospital that offers up to six weeks of free support. Our friendly and professional team offers both practical and emotional help to recover at home.

We offer a number of services to help people aged over 50 who live in Bolton. From exercise classes, craft and music groups, through to short courses and computer courses; we have something for everyone.
