Ageing Well Team Leader

Are you ready to lead a vibrant community hub that makes a real difference in the lives of older people across Bolton? We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Ageing Well Team Leader to support our Ageing Well Team and lead our much-loved Ageing Well Centre.
