Strength and Balance is our specialist exercise service which focuses on preventing falls and hospital admissions.
Our Strength and Balance Instructors are qualified to deliver these specialist sessions for people suffering from a range of conditions, enabling them to exercise safely and confidently.

Please note all classes must be pre-booked. All new attendees must fill in an Application Form and be assessed by a member of the team before attending any classes.
