Monday-Friday call outs are paid at the London Living wage of £13.85 per hour and £15.93 per hour at weekends. Shift 4 retainer: £2,854 per annum |

Do you want to make a real difference in your community? If so, Age UK Bromley & Greenwich is looking for a Take Home & Settle Assistant to join our dedicated team! As a Take Home & Settle Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients have a safe, comfortable return home from hospital. You’ll take clients home, help them settle in, and provide both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities include handling essential needs like delivering medication and basic food suppies along with follow-up check-ins when required to support their wellbeing. Key Qualities Needed:
