How you can get involved

Looking for ways to get involved in the age friendly programme?
Sign the Employer Pledge
The Age Friendly Employer Pledge is a free, nationwide programme run by the Centre for Ageing Better. It encourages organisations to recognise the importance of older workers and to take simple but impactful steps to become more age-inclusive.
By signing the pledge, employers commit to taking action to improve the recruitment, retention and development of workers aged 50 and over.
