The Digital Know-How Service offers you access to lessons on how to get the most from your computer, tablet or smart phone, from sending emails to online shopping. Delivered by a DBS-checked agent in your own home, for a fixed hourly rate.

How does the Digital Know-How Service work?

From sending emails to online shopping, this service can help you stay connected. It provides computer training for older people in their own homes. The support is tailor-made to your individual needs. This training is not limited to desktop and laptop computers, it can also support you in learning about how to use mobiles and tablets too.

Whether you are a beginner or have some computer knowledge, the agent can guide you, enabling you to learn at your own pace. If you know some of the basics, but would like to be more confident using your computer, laptop or tablet - and increase your knowledge – they can help.

Contact us and we will match you with a trusted computer agent in your area. They will call you to arrange an appointment.

The agent can visit you at regular intervals, or on a one-off basis, to help you learn and develop new skills. This service is charged at an hourly rate and is available to people living in Buckinghamshire, excluding Milton Keynes.
