Join us for a progressive exercise programme that will enhance mobility, balance and physical activity which enables you to remain as independent as possible and reduces the risk of falls.

Beverages will be available at the end of each session.

When do the sessions take place?

Tuesdays - 1pm
Sundale House, Huddersfield:

Thursdays - 1pm
Rimani House, Halifax:
