Helpline reaches 3,000 calls since lockdown!

Our Helpline has been an amazing resource for local people through the Coronavirus pandemic, supporting people with health and social care needs through a very difficult period.  Since lockdown began on 23 March, we have  handled 3,000 calls to people needing our support.  The whole Information and Advice team have been helping to answer calls, respond to queries and make sure people feel supported.

Our team continue to provide independent and confidential information, advice and advocacy on a range of topics including welfare benefits, housing advice, and health, social and community care.
