Help us to stop digital exclusion by supporting older people using technology.

Become a Personal Independence Co-ordinator (PIC) Tech Volunteer and embark on a fulfilling and diverse role dedicated to equipping our clients with digital skills connected.

In this position, you'll visit clients in their homes, assisting them in accessing technology. By empowering older individuals to navigate their devices and the internet, you'll play a vital role in preventing digital exclusion.

What is expected of you:

  •  Regular visits to clients' homes to provide personalised technology assistance
  • Patient and empathetic communication with clients to address their individual needs and concerns
  • Commitment to promoting digital inclusion and empowering older adults to navigate technology confidently
  • Collaboration with team members to ensure effective support and coordination
  • Adherence to organisation policies and procedures regarding client interaction and data privacy
