About Age Cymru West Glamorgan
We are a local charity providing a range of services to our clients, families and carers across the Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend promoting wellbeing, helping people to age well and live independently. We receive a high volume of calls from people in our community struggling with a range of issues. We need volunteers to help us to answer every call and enable us to identify support and solutions for the people who need us.
Role Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate people with great interpersonal skills. Working alongside our friendly team, you will provide crucial assistance answering calls and sharing information about local services, support and events.
Location: Cwmdu, Swansea
