Befriending
Free point of access for eight sessions. Befriending can either be done in the home, in the community or during reminiscence work.
Ageing Well at Silver Link
Developing social links with activities and companionship that promote mental and physical wellbeing. They offer activities such as MCST sessions, dance on, and reminiscence.
