Dementia Service Manager (1): p/t, 21 hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 9.30am – 4.30pm. Salary £22,000 per year

Age UK Ealing is looking to recruit a team of knowledgeable, caring and motivated individuals to join our new Weekend Day Care Service for people living with Dementia in the London Borough of Ealing. Each of the above role involves providing high-quality care and practical support to older people, their carers and families.


About you – we would love to hear from you, if you are passionate about supporting older people and have the knowledge and experience of caring for people living with Dementia. You will be able to work effectively as part of a small team and you will have excellent communication skills, good understanding of the issues affecting older people, together with the commitment to providing an outstanding service.
