JOB TITLE: Assistant Shop Manager

 Based:  Lewes Charity Shop

Salary: £9.08 P/H 

Hours:  14 Hours per week - flexible to include weekend working on a rota basis & 6 weeks full time cover (35 hours per week)

Age UK East Sussex is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to work in partnership with the Charity Shop Manager to lead the team within our successful charity shop in Lewes.

You will need to have experience of customer service, be well organised and have a strong background achieving targets and maintaining high standards.  You must be motivated to lead a team to maximise profits to support our charity.

Our Assistant Shop Manager must the ability to lead from the front, manage a diverse group of staff and volunteers and be proactively looking to further progress our business.
