Fundraising & Marketing Manager

  • Location: Lewes or Eastbourne (Hybrid)
  • Salary: £42,000 – £48,000
  • Hours: 35 per week | Permanent

Age UK East Sussex is looking for a forward-thinking Fundraising & Marketing Manager to lead our fundraising, marketing and customer services teams.

In this leadership role, you will:

• Drive income growth across grants, voluntary giving, legacies and community fundraising
• Shape and deliver our fundraising and marketing strategy
• Oversee PR, digital, CRM, social media and supporter engagement
• Manage and inspire a talented team
• Build partnerships with funders, supporters and external agencies
• Ensure activity is compliant, data-driven and aligned to strategic goals

About you:

You have proven success in income generation (c.£200k+), experience leading teams, strong marketing/communication skills, excellent relationship-building ability and confidence managing CRM systems and data processes.
