Social Well-Being Support Worker

Full time 35 hours per week

£22,000 per annum

Based in Hayes

As part of our plan for continued growth we are recruiting an experienced Support Worker who will be responsible for the smooth running of the Social Well-Being Service Groups, clubs and activities. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the training and support for staff and volunteers.  You will be also be required to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to including Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Risk Assessment. 

A clean, full driving licence with access to a car is essential for travel around the multiple sites we run within Hillingdon.  Recent experience of working with older people is also essential to this role.

Retail Operations Manager

Full time 35 hours per week

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to increase the current portfolio and to grow income to ensure sales, costs and profit targets are met in line with the income generation strategy.

Project Officer

Part time 28 hours per week (3 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Community Services Manager

Hospital Support Worker 3

Based at Hillingdon Hospital

As part of our plan for continued growth we are recruiting an experienced Support Worker to provide non-medical support and reassurance to older patients in A&E/CDU at Hillingdon Hospital. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for escorting patients who are fit for discharge home in a cab and settling them in at home.  This will include providing practical and emotional support to patients, their relatives and carers and liaising with medical teams.

A good standard of written and spoken English and recent experience of working with, or caring for an older person is essential to this role.

Hospital Support Worker – Take Home and Settle

Part time 20 hours per week

£9.40 per hour

Based at Hillingdon Hospital

Advocacy Officer

Part time 20 hours per week

As part of our plan for continued growth we are recruiting an experienced Advocacy Officer to deliver a service that will empower vulnerable older people to articulate their needs and preferences.  To act on behalf of the individual to secure the provision of services or rights to which they believe they are entitled.

The successful candidate will be working towards the Certificate in Independent Advocacy.  Recent experience of working with older people, client centered work as an advocate or speaking for people and articulating their needs is essential to this role.
