Local Knitting Groups Craft Thousands of Hats to Support Age UK HHB

A huge thank you to our brilliant Harrow and Hayes knitting groups, who have created over 7,000 little hats for The Big Knit Campaign in partnership with Innocent Smoothies. Every one of these delightful behatted smoothies, now available to buy in Sainsbury’s and Co-op's across the UK, means 30p goes straight to Age UK, helping to fund vital services for older people nationwide.
This year brings an exciting twist: Innocent Smoothies have collaborated with House Of Sunny to launch Big Knitwear, a lively, fruit-inspired, limited-edition collection capturing the colour and spirit of The Big Knit. Our superstar knitters, Amarjit, Raksha and Mahavash, not only handcrafted many of the charming hats but also proudly modelled the stunning knitwear on the catwalk with Prue Leith!
