The interactive club meets three times a week in central Hayes. The aim of this group is for people from different nationalities and backgrounds to meet and socialise. It is a larger group, with around 20-30 people attending at one time, however there is plenty of space. A big part of this is the activities, which usually include chair based exercises.

"I go because it gives my mind a change. I have changed a lot for the positive" Ms A (Member for 8 years)

"I like the exercises. I feel much better after the club" Ms B (Member for 5 years)

"I was so depressed, the club has really helped me. The people are nice and friendly" Ms C (Member for 1 year)

"I go so I can meet with other men and talk about football"  Mr A

It is  run on a drop in basis, so there is no need to attend for the whole time.

The group holds regular events, such as a summer outing, Valentine's and Divali Celebrations. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Once a month the club attends Desi Dancing sessions.

The group values its diversity and although many people attending speak Punjabi, all people over 65 are welcome.
