Interactive Older People's Club
Come and Join our Interactive clubs in Hillingdon for older people.
We love what we do and look forward to welcoming you into our clubs!
The interactive club meets twice a week at Townfield Community Centre, Hayes. The aim of this group is for people from different nationalities and backgrounds to meet and socialise. Activities usually include chair based exercises.

The group is run on a drop in basis, so there is no need to attend for the whole time.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 11.30am. Booking required.
The group values its diversity and although many people attending speak Punjabi, all people 65+ are welcome.
