Business Improvement Manager

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 pa (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Chapel Court, Hayes & other offices / home working

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and diligent individual to join a team responsible for delivering change and driving improvements across Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent. This role reports directly to the Director of Resources, working collaboratively with all areas of the business including Information and Advice, Community and Hospital teams to undertake a variety of business improvement tasks. The role will lead on a broad range of initiatives and play a key part in shaping organisational efficiency and effectiveness thereby ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes to the elderly of the three boroughs in which we serve. The role will manage a small team within the Resources Team.
