We offer FREE brain  stimulation activity sessions for people living with dementia and their carers.

Hillingdon,  Harrow and Brent

As a result of social distancing guidelines we are currently providing our brain stimulation activity sessions remotely.

Where possible we will conduct sessions online using a tablet or a laptop and we have a supply of dementia friendly tablets that we will loan to service users for the duration of the programme, where required. Phone Manish on 07841 800 756

We are delivering 2 programmes of brain stimulation activity sessions for people living with dementia and the people caring for them.

Programme one is themed  activities to help people with mild to moderate dementia to keep their brain active and improve their  daily lives

Programme two helps Carers learn how to help their loved ones through conversation and activities

Our aim is to help people living and dealing with dementia to have happier lives and relationships.

These programmes are based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). CST was developed by British researchers and psychologists and has been shown to improve the quality of life, social interaction, communication and cognitive abilities in people with mild to moderate dementia.
