  • The 15% discount will be applied on your 6th visit.
  • Loyalty discount cannot be used alongside other promotions or discounts.
  • If card is lost or stolen stamps may not be replaced.
  • Age UK HHB reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme without prior notice.
