If you have an RTS meter at home you need to act now.

What is happening? 

The technology that supports RTS meters is shutting down from the 30th of June 2025.

What does this mean for me? 

If you have an RTS meter your heating and hot water may be permanently on or off 

How do I know if I have an RTS meter? 

Your meter will have a label saying radio teleswitch on it? 

What should I do? 

If you have an RTS meter, or aren't sure if you do, call your electricity supplier. 

Be aware of scammers as your energy company will change your RTS meter for free
