Here you can find information on various activities available for older people living in the Borough of Merton. We are proud to host a wide range of activities, events, trips, classes, and informative talks to help support our community to love later life. Come along and make new friends! Our dedicated, friendly team of staff and volunteers provide a warm welcome to all of our clients who attend our centre in Mitcham. Whether you want to try one of our physical activities, social clubs, or share a homecooked lunch in a friendly atmosphere, there is something for everyone who walks through the door. Meet new people, stay active, attend one of our many trips around the borough, or just simply share a cup of tea.

Check Out Our Quartlerly What's On Guide

Every quarter, we pack our What's On guide full of exciting activities, trips, events, walks, and talks. The What's On guides have been carefully painstakingly curated by the Activity Team to pack in as much exciting stuff as possible for all tastes. Fancy doing a spot of chilled Yoga on a Tuesday evening? We got you! Sound therapy sessions with singing? You bet! How about painting pottery with free bucks fizz and cream teas? Yep! We can guarantee that there is something for everyone for all abilities.
