Our Welfare Benefits service operates for over 50's in all district councils of Norfolk, with the exception of Norwich City Council where the service is provided by Age UK Norwich.
We are able to provide Information and Advice on benefit entitlement and how to claim. We offer benefits checks via telephone and a form completion service for some benefits. This service is predominantly a telephone based appointment service but we will offer a home visit to those who require them.
Benefits we can advise on include (but is not limited to):
- Attendance Allowance
- Personal Independence Payment/ Disability Living Allowance
- Carers Allowance
- Severe Disability premium
- Pension Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Support
Please note we are unable to assist with Universal Credit applications.
