Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate of pay: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum
Due to restructure we are recruiting for the new post of Commercial Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for two essential income generators; firstly the operations and development of a growing retail division and secondly managing and developing the elms business space.
Key responsibilities include:
- To deliver sales and profits in line with agreed targets for retail stores and the elms business space.
- To lead the commercial team ensuring that employees and volunteers are motivated to achieve financial targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- To project manage the opening of new retail stores, including store fitting and local authority approvals, liaising with property consultants, solicitors and contractors.
- To develop and lead marketing initiatives to raise awareness of commercial activities to; maximize sales, win new customers for the elms business space, maximize donations to the retail stores and ensure the success of new store openings.
