Improve your strength and balance through exercises using resistance bands.

Strength & Balance is a rehabilitation 12-week course to improve your balance, stability, and mobility. This course is funded by the ICB and free to participants.

This service is for people who have recently had a fall or at increased risk of a fall. You can self-refer by calling us on 0191 280 8484. We also accept referrals from the North Tyneside General Hospital Falls Clinic, GP referrals, and referrals from other health professionals. Please note, criteria applies.
