The Health and Wellbeing team provide a county wide service with a strong focus on delivering exercise classes to suit all levels and abilities.

We provide activities to help support older adults who have low levels of function capacity, or existing disease and disability. In addition to this, we provide classes to help maintain older people`s fitness levels.

We also provide a twelve week falls prevention course for anyone who has had a fall or have balance problems and are at risk from falling. The sessions provide a mix of seated and standing exercises focussing on strength, balance, co-ordination and confidence.
