What do we offer?

We can check that you are receiving all the benefits you are entitled to and help you complete any claim forms.
The benefits we commonly provide support for include:
• Attendance Allowance
• Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction
• Carers Allowance
• Pension Credit
We can also help you to apply for various grants and trusts.

Who is it for?

Anyone of pensionable age who lives within the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire area, as well as their families and carers.

How is this service delivered?

• In person via one-to-one sessions
• Over the telephone
• In the comfort of your own home

Where is this service delivered?

• At our hub in The Lifestyle Centre ,16-18 Bridgeway Centre, The Meadows, Nottingham, NG2 2JD.
Drop in sessions Mondays 10 - 3pm
• Telephone advice sessions
• Via outreach as various venues in the city and county including The Meadows in Nottingham City, Beeston in Broxtowe, Mansfield and Bassetlaw
Various appointments are available during the week so please call for availability
