We offer support on a wide range of topics.
• Reading and understanding letters you have received
• Talking through your options when making decisions
• Finding useful services in your local area
• making appointments for specialist Age UK Notts services such as benefits assessments

How to access the service
You can access our information and advice service in a number of ways.

Age UK Notts can offer telephone-based support from
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and
Fridays. 9am – 4.30pm
We are very busy at the moment so please leave a message if we don’t answer straight away and we will call back as soon as we can over the next 3-4 days.

Face to face help:
If you prefer to talk to someone face to face, you can drop into our Lifestyle Centre advice sessions on Mondays from 10am – 3pm.
