| Autumn Extravaganza - Connaught Opera Concert |

Don’t miss the annual Opera Extravaganza, featuring the wonderful Maria Arakie (soprano), Glenn Wilson (baritone) and Nicholas Bosworth (pianist).
Enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music, wonderful voices and a touch of autumnal magic as they entertain us with their Autumn Extravaganza Concert. And with Glenn known for cracking a joke or two, there’ll be plenty of smiles and laughter along the way!

It’s bingo… but not as you know it!
Forget sitting quietly waiting for numbers to be called — this is music bingo with a twist! Listen to some of your favourite songs, sing along, have a little dance and play along to see if you can complete your bingo card.
There are prizes to be won! Come along for the music, the memories, the fun — and maybe even a little friendly competition!
Food options: Chicken/vegetarian curry or cottage pie, plus dessert, a glass of wine/soft drink.

Come and see our new allotment! Join us for a relaxing and enjoyable day at our new allotment location.
Listen to our guest speaker who will take us through health and seasonal eating and cooking. Take a stroll around the plots, meet friendly faces, and learn more about how allotments benefit local older people and the wider community.
There will be refreshments, and plenty of opportunities to chat and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're an experienced gardener or simply curious to see the space, we'd love to welcome you.

September is World Alzheimer’s Month, a global opportunity to raise awareness, demystify dementia and highlight support available. Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. It affects us all and can devastate lives.
Become a Dementia Friend and attend a free, friendly and interactive session (60 mins in length) at Twickenham Wellbeing Centre on Thursday, 24th September at 2.30pm. You’ll learn more about dementia, how it affects a person and what you can do to help people affected by dementia.
