6-week Gardening Course

A beautiful community-run garden where we will carry out practical gardening tasks, with time to chat in a friendly group. The course covers caring for seedlings, regenerative growing, soil health & composting, companion planting and much more.

6-week Pilates course

Starts Tuesday 22 April, 1.15pm

£30 for the 6 classes

Join our 6 week pilates course at the ETNA Centre in St Margarets aimed at people over the age of 55.

Fitness instructor Mags will lead this course. Pilates can help increase core strength, improve posture, and prevent injuries, among other benefits. Studies have shown that pilates improves quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain, most notably decreasing back pain.

Please bring your own pilates/yoga/exercise mat or borrow one if you can.

Man with a pan cooking class

Man With A Pan is a cooking club for older men. Learn to cook a delicious meal in a friendly group. Tutor Azize will lead this session, showing you how to prepare a tasty lunch. Once the food is ready the group will eat together.
