6-week Pilates course |

Join our 6 week pilates course at the ETNA Centre in St Margarets aimed at people over the age of 55. Fitness instructor Mags will lead this course. Pilates can help increase core strength, improve posture, and prevent injuries, among other benefits. Studies have shown that pilates improves quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain, most notably decreasing back pain. Please bring your own pilates/yoga/exercise mat or borrow one if you can. This class is offered by Age UK Richmond in partnership with the ETNA Centre.
