New CEO for Age UK Wandsworth

Age UK Wandsworth, the leading charity supporting older people in Wandsworth, has appointed Natalie de Silva as CEO with effect from 3rd June.
The board has undertaken a rigorous and competitive process, with a number of high calibre candidates applying. Joining Age UK Wandsworth at an exciting time for the organisation and during a period of opportunities for the voluntary sector, Natalie will be focusing on adding value to our diverse range of projects and building on our high quality offer of support for older people. She will also continue to work closely alongside our partners and fundraisers across the borough to further strengthen these important and valued relationships.
Natalie is an experienced public sector senior leader, whose leadership of state schools has been described as inspirational by Her Majesty’s Inspectors. Most recently, she has worked in consultancy, advising a range of organisations in the public and not for profit sector. Natalie commented, “I am honoured and excited to join Age UK Wandsworth as CEO. It is a privilege to be part of an organisation that delivers such high quality services to the older residents of Wandsworth and I look forward to growing our charity in order to better serve our community.”
