Centre Administrator

37 hours per week
£17,218 per annum (actual) plus pension and healthcare scheme benefits

 

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our centres team.

We are looking for an experienced administrative worker to join our centres team with strong organisation abilities and an understanding of processes and systems. The role involves all administration duties relating to the running of all of our centres across Birmingham.

Cook

25 hours per week (usual working pattern 9am-2pm Mon-Fri)
£8.33 per hour, plus pension and healthcare scheme benefits 

Based at the Seymour Centre in Sutton Coldfield, the post holder will ensure the smooth running of the day centres’ kitchen working to food hygiene standards and the 5 star rating. You will prepare and cook a 2 course nutritious and homely meal for our day centre members, catering for some special and restricted diets. You will also maintain suitable stock levels and complete weekly ordering.  Experience of using the safer food better business system is preferred but not essential as training will be given.  You will develop further opportunities to serve the wider local community with hot meals on request as required.

You must be flexible and able to cover where needed should the occasion arise and be able to cover holidays, absence, training etc.
