Friends First

Age UK Birmingham has partnered with Age Concern as part of the Friends First project.

• Looking to get out more and meet like-minded people?
• Feeling bored and not sure how to fill your time?
• Does it feel like you don't talk to people a lot?

Our Friends First Community groups are a great way to get out and socialise with other people.

There are 3 groups currently running:

• Mondays 11am - 12pm at Birmingham Settlement Nature and Wellbeing Centre, B16 0SL
• Wednesdays fortnightly 11am - 1pm at Beacon Church, B21 8NH (Starting on the 25th June)
• Thursdays 11am - 12:30pm at St Joseph's Church, B7 5HT
