If you are facing any kind of problem as an older person then get in touch with our free Advice and Information Service. Our friendly and experienced staff and volunteers understand the issues that older people can face in relation to income, housing, paying for energy and caring for a loved one and can help. No problem is too small, we can give you the tools to tackle it yourself and can also help with form filling and contacting suppliers. The Blackburn office is open Monday to Friday 10am am to 4pm and offers a drop in service
